Nimesh Patel was born in 1980 in Bardoli, Gujarat, India. He lives and works primarily in Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat.
Graduated in painting from BA Mehta Kala Vidhyalaya, Amalsad and completed a Post Diploma in Creative Painting from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara in 2002.
Nimesh’s first solo show, Gab Di Ki Goosa was held in 2016 and then participated in the India Art Fair 2019, both with Rukshaan Art. Nimesh has participated over 40 group shows in Ahmedabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Surat, Vadodara, New York and Toronto.
Nimesh participated in the Kinetic Art Work, Mumbai International Airport T2, where is work is on display.
Nimesh has been a part of various symposia, art camps and workshops.
Nimesh is represented by Rukshaan Art.
